Delivery

Delivery charges

UK mainland orders for standard products will be charged at £15.00 (excluding vat) per order regardless of quantity or value.

For all other UK locations including Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Scottish Islands may incur extra charges please contact us on sales@safety-eyewash.co.uk a quotation.

Delivery Times

Delivery times stated are based on the average time it usually takes to deliver the products. Delivery times are quoted on working days and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
Deliveries may take a little longer than specified for remote areas.

Delivery Address

Someone will need to be available to receive and sign for goods during normal working hours. Delivery will mostly be made by parcel carriers – due to the volume of parcels they must deliver we cannot request that they telephone before delivery or once they have reached the delivery address.

Receiving Delivery

Goods will be delivered by courier and will need to be checked and signed for on receipt.

It is important that any item which are delivered damaged or appear to be damaged are signed for as “damaged”.

Goods signed for without any comments will be deemed by the carrier “received in good condition”. If the good are subsequently discovered to be damaged, the carrier will not have any proof they were not damaged after delivery and will not entertain any claims whatsoever. In these circumstances, there will be no liability on the part of Washware Essentials Ltd to offer recompense.
All damage or missing items must be noted on the driver’s signature sheet.

If goods are returned to us undelivered or unsigned for, Safety-Eyewash will not be liable for any loss sustained by you. We will contact you to re-arrange the delivery and payment of the further re-delivery charge.

Returns

All orders placed through the Safety-Eyewash website are subject to your rights of cancellation according to the current laws. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for full details.
