Description
This all stainless steel freestanding combination shower is the most robust all-in-one decontamination unit available on the market. Being floor mounted, this unit can be positioned in close proximity to the most dangerous areas of your workspace, giving you and your workforce valuable peace of mind. The unit can be made operational within seconds via a pull rod for the shower, and a push handle for the eye wash unit. Foot operation is also available as an optional extra.
Almost every component of this emergency shower and eyewash is made from stainless steel, from the shower head, to the floor fixing flange, to the stay-open ball valve. Stainless steel is not only extremely tough and resistant to corrosion, but also simple to clean and maintain. The only exceptions are the ABS plastic eye wash nozzles, which are bright yellow in colour so that they can be located swiftly, even in situations where the user’s eyesight is impaired.
Of course, this stainless steel emergency drench shower and eye wash has been manufactured in accordance with ANSI regulations; however, you also have an obligation to undertake regular testing of the unit to remain compliant, which is why we’ve included an inbuilt waterproof test docket.
