Wall Mounted Eye Wash Stations

Our basic wall mounted eye wash station can be used in factories, chemical plants, foundries, workshops, and any workplace that requires emergency eye wash facilities. This emergency eye wash unit is wall-mounted for stability, while the compact dimensions mean that it can be installed almost anywhere without causing undue obstruction.

This wall mounted eye wash fountain is constructed from hardwearing stainless steel and ABS plastic in bright yellow for visibility in emergency situations. Once activated via the large, easy to use push paddle, the unit can be operated hands free. The spray nozzles also come with built-in dust covers and water filters to prevent contamination.

Each wall mounted eye wash unit comes with a 32mm waste and a weekly inspection tag to encourage regular functional testing. In order to comply with the ANSI regulations, the unit must be mounted no lower than 838mm and no higher than 1143mm from the floor.

The ANSI (or American National Standards Institute) is a nonprofit organisation that administers standards for products, processes and systems in the United States and around the world.

With regards to safety eye washing, the ANSI sets standards for water temperature and flow rate, as well as location and maintenance requirements. Our safety wall mounted eye washing pods conform to ANSI Z358.1.
