Description
This stainless steel eyewash fountain is manufactured a stainless steel bowl and stainless steel wall bracket for unbeatable ruggedness and durability. The unit is wall mounted allowing it to be mounted at an appropriate height for your employees. This stainless steel wall mounted eye wash fountain can be installed in most locations thanks to its diminutive proportions.
The wall mounted stainless steel eye wash units are constructed from robust materials and are designed to last, while the vibrant yellow spray heads aid visibility in emergency situations where vision may be impaired. The unit is easily activated by the high-viz, low resistance push handle. The spray heads are protected from debris by flippable dust covers.
When installing your stainless steel eye wash fountain, you must ensure that it is mounted between 838mm and 1,143mm from the floor, in order to comply with ANSI regulations. Each unit comes with an inspection tag for weekly functional testing, as well as a 32mm waste.

What is ANSI compliance?
The American National Standards Institute (or ANSI) is a private organisation that exists to oversee the development and use of standards both in the US and worldwide.
As far as safety eye wash is concerned, the ANSI regulation states, among other things, that the water should be delivered at a rate of 11.4 litres per minute for 15 minutes at a temperature between 16-38°C.
